For the last  3 weeks we were doing our inquiry my inquiry was about why does the night sky look different to the sky in the daytime. The thing that i enjoyed was the title and the background. the  thing that was hard was finding the facts.                         ?

This week Miss Fletcher gave us a science lesson about why the leaves on some trees change colour in the autumn and fall off the tree. We also were learning how to notice the colour, shape and texture of autumn leaves. Here is my poem.

We have been learning about the structure of the Earth. Here is our presentation.

Is the Earth like a hard boiled egg?

Kia ora 

We are learning about what the Earth is like on the outside and the inside. We used hard-boiled eggs as mini-models for the earth. We got to design our own continents and islands on the outside of the egg shell. At the end of the experiment we got to eat the egg!
